If you live in New York City or have access to WNET, check out “Full Circle: Before They Were Famous” tomorrow, September 5, at 10pm and rebroadcast on September 12 at 10:30pm. The documentary focuses on the photographer William John Kennedy who took a series of extraordinary portraits of Andy Warhol and Robert Indiana in the 1960s. The Warhol has just acquired the complete set of Warhol photos courtesy of Kiwi Arts Group. Our Director, Eric Shiner is interviewed in the documentary and, with his usual, insight discusses how Kennedy was able to capture a playful and personal side of Warhol rarely seen. Hats off to Kiwi Arts Group for their great work.
