The Warhol is pleased to partner with PromoWest North Shore and Opus One Productions to present Band of Horses as an outdoor performance at Stage AE. Since emerging out of Seattle in 2004, led by songwritersBen Bridwell and Mat Brooke, the band has been refining and morphing its country-rock sound, which often draws comparisons to former label mates, Iron & Wine, on Sub Pop Records. In 2010, the group shifted to Columbia Records where they have released two records, Infinite Arms and Mirage Rock. The latter saw the band take a more straight-ahead rock approach, produced by Glyn Johns who has most notably worked with the Rolling Stones and The Who.
Please note that this event is not at The Andy Warhol Museum, but at Stage AE on Pittsburgh's North Shore. Please consult the map on this page for directions.
Doors open at 6:30pm.
