Join us in our continued efforts to make our programming inclusive to all as we host a sensory-friendly gallery tour and hands-on workshop designed for teens and young adults (ages 13-21) with autism spectrum disorders and sensory sensitivities. This 90-minute program will feature a guided exploration of The Warhol’s collection, and an introduction to Go West, our special exhibition of work by contemporary Iranian artist Farhad Moshiri. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own artworks incorporating techniques displayed in the museum. This event takes place while the museum is closed to the general public, and is limited to 15 people. Preparatory materials and an orientation video will be emailed to participants in advance of the program. Please contact access@warhol.org to let us know about accessibility needs or concerns.
