Using Andy Warhol’s The 13 Most Wanted Men mural created for the 1964 World’s Fair as a catalyst to engage in conversations about the representations of young black men in the media, visiting artists 1hood in collaboration with Artists Image Resource and Westinghouse High School students designed two murals, which will be on display in 13 Most Wanted Men: Andy Warhol and the 1964 World’s Fair January 3-4. Join us for a free public reception of the work, exhibition tours, hands-on art-making activities, and performances by 1hood.
