(pride/prom) Film Screening

Friday, June 20, 2025, 6 p.m.

Four teens are lined up in the foreground, hugging each other while smiling and laughing. Their outfits are formal but not traditional; they wear dresses, suits, and dress shirts accented by silver chains, top hats, pride flag rainbow stickers, and colorful patterns. A large circus tent facade fills the background behind them. They are wearing heavy makeup in clown themes. They laugh, facing each other with their eyes closed in mirth, seemingly ignoring the camera.

We are excited to announce the first public screening of the film (pride/prom). Immerse yourself in a heartwarming story that celebrates love, diversity, and acceptance, by following three students as they prepare to attend the tenth annual installment of our iconic teen event. (pride/prom) was filmed and produced by The Warhol Creative team, directed by Sam McCoy and executive produced by Billy Porter and D.J. Gugenheim.

  • Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Co-presented with The Warhol Creative

A movie poster for the film (pride/prom). The title appears overlaid on top of a picture of a teen’s arm, positioned to show off a colorful decorative flower corsage on their wrist. The corsage sits on top of their long fishnet gloves, and their fingernails are painted black, offset by a gold ring on one finger. In the background, it is clear that there is a large crowd of teens around them, though other faces and features remain indistinct.
