Typoe works on Over The Rainbow, photo by Sean Carroll
Join us for an evening of art, music, and the inauguration of Over The Rainbow, a new mural by Miami-based artist Typoe. The site-specific mural is inspired by Pop Art, memento mori, and Froebel Gifts, colorful blocks that encourage children to make connections in their learning and experimentation.
This reception is free. The museum is open to the public until 10 p.m. and offers half-price admission as part of Good Fridays beginning at 5 p.m. Music by Jesse Ley of Diamond Life. Cash bar is available.
