The Diversifying Art Museum Leadership Initiative (DAMLI) at The Warhol creates supportive pathways for young people and emerging leaders from backgrounds currently underrepresented in our field to explore and advance in museum careers. DAMLI includes hands-on training, mentoring, and paid work experience.
The Warhol seeks college, graduate students, or those with equivalent experience for full-time paid summer internships. Applicants from underrepresented backgrounds including BIPOC, people with disabilities, speakers of languages other than English, and people who identify as LGBTQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
