The Corridor Free Day

Thursday, September 30, 2021, 10 a.m.5 p.m.

A circle Northside Cultural Corridor logo that includes a graphic of houses outlined in various colors with a sky, sun, clouds, and a walkway with trees and fountains around it. The names of the participating organizations are listed in the bottom half of the circle.

Celebrate the launch of the Northside Cultural Corridor, a one-mile North Side cultural district, with free admission and activities across participating museums and cultural institutions.

The Northside Cultural Corridor is a placemaking initiative that focuses on the approximate one-mile passage from the Mattress Factory to The Warhol. Current participating organizations include Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh; Mattress Factory; The Warhol; City of Asylum; the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy; and the National Aviary. With thanks to generous support from the Allegheny County Regional Asset District, The Corridor partners work to build stronger relationships between our institutions and our neighboring communities.

Walking path maps for the Northside Cultural Corridor will be available online and at all participating organizations. For free admission at other participating North Side cultural organizations, reserve your free timed ticket by visiting each participating organization’s website. Please note that many organizations have capacity limits and other health and safety measures in place. Please check each participating organization’s website before visiting.
