Teachers printing at a Teacher Open House

Teacher Programs
Andy Warhol's work in many disciplines uniquely situates the museum to explore interdisciplinary connections and the nature of the creative process through the template of a single artist's work. This meets the interests of a cultural and educational climate drawn increasingly to interdisciplinary focuses and addresses the needs of school curriculums striving to emphasize cross-curricular lesson planning. Teacher programs include an annual teacher open house in the fall, teacher inservices, and teacher advisory team. Participants in all programs are eligible to receive Pennsylvania Act 48 credit

Friday November 13th from 4:30-7:30 pm
 Cost: $35.00

This workshop explores new models of artmaking and producing using stencils, silkscreens, stickers, and collage. Friday December 11th  from 4:30-7:30pm
Cost: $35.00

From gold Marilyn and Jackie paintings to Elvis on the silver screen, explore Warhol’s use of silver and gold throughout his career.
